Fresh, unpasteurized, grass fed milk


It all starts with the forage..

Our focus is on the highest quality milk our cows can possibly produce, not the highest quantity. Because of this our cows are not pushed to their extreme. The majority of their diet is grass. Grazing from early May to mid October, pasture conditions permitting. We feed dry hay with just enough grain to help them maintain their body condition and provide them with the energy they require to help them get through the long cold Vermont winters.

We bottle our milk fresh most days and sell it raw, unpasteurized, in accordance with Vermont law, here on the farm at our self serve store.
